VB1224 or Van Buren Lofts is an exciting new condo development located in the West Loop on 1224 West Van Buren. This condominium is being marketed by New West Reality, one of Chicago's top marketing firms.

This building has been labeled as being one of the last original concrete pier loft buildings in the West Loop area. In years gone by the building once housed a paper mill and its last usage was as a warehouse for the True Value Corporation. Residents of VB1224 will be located only a short distance from the Metra and Amtrak trains, Union and Northwestern trains as well as the Dan Ryan Expressway, Kennedy Expressway and Eisenhower Expressway, making travel simple. The West Loop neighborhood puts VB1224 close to numerous restaurants, shops and businesses.
