Another one-bedroom and one-bath loft is priced $280,000. If you need more space, there are also several two and three-bedroom lofts available at No. Ten Lofts. The most affordable is a two-bedroom and two-bath unit on the second floor. This loft is priced at $310,000, and has monthly assessments of $460. This loft has about 1,200 square feet of living space. The most affordable three-bedroom and two-bath unit is currently priced at $375,000. This condo has a total of 1,500 square feet of living space.

Residents of No. Ten Lofts enjoy a long list of luxury amenities. Hardwood floors are standard throughout the main living areas, while bedrooms come with plush carpeting. The gourmet kitchen offers granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Other features include an in-unit laundry, private outdoor space, and plenty of storage space.
