600 North Lake Shore Drive is a two-tower Chicago real estate development from Belgravia Group. There are 400
Chicago condos in the two high-rise buildings.
There is a 46 story South tower and a 40 story North tower. This development was
advertised as one of the last new addresses on Lake Shore Drive, and the location and
views are certainly desirable.
The condos at 600 North Lake Shore Drive showcase plenty of luxury finishes. There are
Oak hardwood floors in all common areas, wall-to-wall carpeting in the bedrooms and
halls and marble tile in the foyer and baths. Each condo has a private balcony. Kitchens
come with high-end stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and Brookhaven
wood cabinets. The baths feature marble tops on the vanity as well as marble shower
and tub surrounds. Some plans contain linen closets and separate dining rooms, while
all of the condos have walk-in closets in the master bedroom.
Building amenities at 600 North Lake Shore Drive include a fitness center, business center, bike storage room, 24 hour doorman, rooftop sun deck with sculpture garden and
pets are welcome.
The condo layouts range from one to three bedrooms and measure from about 835 to
2,547 square feet in size. Prices start in the $400,000s and top out somewhere over
$1.6 million for the remaining unsold units.

There are only a limited number of developer units available in these towers. All of the
condo floor plans in the North tower are currently sold out except for plan number three.
This is a one bedroom, 1.5 bath layout.
For the South tower, there are units available in floor plan number seven. These condos
are located on floors four through nine. Those condos have one bedroom and 1.5
baths.
Floor plan number nine in the South tower is a two bedroom, two bath layout and floor
plan number ten is a one bedroom, 1.5 bath layout.
The South tower also has condos available in floor plan number eleven on levels 27
through 46 and floor plan number twelve on levels 10 through 46. Number eleven comes
with three bedrooms and three baths while number twelve has three bedrooms and 3.5
baths.
