This condominium offers a total of 1,000 square feet of living space. This condominium is priced at $254,000. Recent sales of one-bedroom units have ranged from $194,500 to $250,000, putting this unit at the most expensive end of the market. The other two condominiums available on the market at 3150 N Sheridan are two-bedroom condominiums. The most affordable two-bedroom unit offers 1,350 square feet of living space, and is priced at $294,000. This unit was originally priced at $315,000.
