This unit has been on the market for just over 100 days, and has already been reduced in price from $164,900 to $154,900. This doesn't include parking, which can be purchased for $32,000 or leased for $160 per month. The other condominiums on the market at 2800 N Orchard are both one-bedroom units. The most affordable unit is located on the fifth floor, and is priced at $269,000. The other unit is a sixth floor condominium that is also priced at $269,000, after originally being listed at $289,900. Many of these units have been fully restored and offer a number of luxury amenities. These include a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and 42-inch maple cabinets. The master bath comes with marble floors and vanities.
