Click Here To Get Up To Date Pricing & Availability

2700 Hampden Court is located in the heart of Lincoln Park. The neighborhood draws buyers from around the country looking to enjoy a luxurious lifestyle just minutes from the downtown Chicago business district.

The development offers a total of 95 units, with floor plans ranging from one to three bedrooms. There are currently no units listed for sale or for rent on the market. However, we can get average prices from recent sales on the MLS. According to data from recent sales, the most affordable unit to be sold at 2700 Hampden Court in recent months was a one-bedroom and one-bath condominium on the 20th floor. This unit sold for $210,000 after being listed for $214,900. Other one-bedroom condominiums have been sold for as much as $267,500.

Several two-bedroom condominiums have also been listed on the market in recent months. The most affordable two-bedroom unit was listed at $287,000. Other units were priced up to $300,000.

Only two rental units have been seen on the MLS in recent months. A one-bedroom condominium rents for between $1,050 and $1,200 per month.

Many of these condominiums have been completely renovated and now offer all of the luxury amenities you'd expect from a newer development in the neighborhood. The gouurmet kitchen comes with new appliances, granite countertops, and new cabinets. Residents also enjoy hardwood floors throughout the main living areas, carpeted bedrooms, and marble floors in the master bath. The master bath also offers a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower.

The development also comes with a number of common amenities that have been completely renovated. These include a new pool, sundeck, and 24-hour doorman service. The only drawback to these condominiums at 2700 Hampden Court is the lack of onsite parking. Also, no pets are allowed, which can be considered both a positive or a negative selling point.

The neighborhood, however, can't be beat. This part of Lincoln Park offers easy access to restaurants, nightlife, and shopping, as well as parks and beaches. The nearby lakefront park is the perfect place to enjoy a morning jog or take the family for a warm day on the beach. Clark Street is a popular stop for residents looking to enjoy a night out on the town, with several restaurants within a few blocks.

If you work downtown, there are plenty of ways to get to the office in minutes. Several CTA buses stop along Stockton Drive and Clark Street, and the nearest El train on Fullerton is just a few blocks away.

Now may be a great time to drive a bargain in Lincoln Park. The neighborhood has seen a decline in demand for condominiums in recent months. According to data from the Chicago Association of Realtors, a total of just 150 condominiums were sold during the first quarter in the neighborhood. This is the worst result for the quarter since 1991.

Buyers are focusing on the most expensive Chicago condominiums on the market, leaving many owners of smaller and older condominiums waiting longer to find a buyer. The average sales price during the first quarter was up by 10 percent, but buyers may find lower prices for smaller and more affordable units around the neighborhood in the short term.
