1436 S Prairie is one development that offers a number of larger units for families of every size in the South Loop. The development, completed in 1995, offers a total of 69 units with three-bedroom and 2.5-bath layouts.

The development at 1436 S Prairie was well ahead of its time. Since being built, the neighborhood has changed around it, and now offers a number of Chicago luxurious new condominium buildings, as well as new restaurants, nightlife, and shopping.

There are no units currently on the market at 1436 S Prairie. However, values taken from recent sales listed on the MLS show that a three-bedroom condominium can be bought in the development for between $639,000 and $735,000. These units offer a generous floor plan of more than 3,000 square feet of living space, in a triplex layout.

Residents of 1436 S. Prairie enjoy a number of luxury amenities in these incredible units. Prices skyrocketed during the year as the number of new luxury developments on the market increase. The average sales price rose by 51 percent, and there's room for even higher prices in the neighborhood.
