This enclave of 11 residences located at 2750 N. Lakewood Ave has nine row homes and two duplex condominiums. Prices start at $699,000 and go as high as $1.499 million. These townhomes are spacious -- 1,890 to 4,100 square feet, configured in two to five bedrooms, two to five baths and an attached one-, two- or three-car garage.
