Chicago real estate developer Jack Berger has just recently cut prices again at the
Mondial, as of early 2011. The 15 story, 142 unit tower is
located on 910 West Huron Street and has a selection of one
to three bedroom units available. Less than a year ago prices
were cut by 20% to 30%. For a short time it was possible that
the Mondial could turn rental, but now we have another price
drop of between 5% and 10% and the developer is committed
to selling, not leasing the condos.
Standard finishes in these Chicago condos include 9.4 to 12
foot ceiling heights, custom track lighting, hardwood flooring in
the kitchen and common areas, carpeting in the bedrooms and
floor-to-ceiling windows. The units also have a washer and
dryer, are pre-wired for Internet, phone and cable and have
lots of closet space.
Kitchens at The Mondial feature granite counter
tops, KitchenAid stainless steel appliances, double bowl
stainless steel sinks, Italian oak cabinets and Grohe faucets.
Baths also come with Italian made oak wood cabinetry, marble
vanity tops, 12 inch marble tile on the floors and marble shower
surround, steeping tub plus Grohe faucets and Toto fixtures. Check all Chicago real estate listings, homes, condos, new & resales.
Right now the one bedroom condos at the Mondial are priced
from the $170,000s. For a one bedroom plus den floor plan
you can expect to pay from the $250,000s. Two bedroom, two
bath condos are now listed from the $320,000s and the three
bedroom units are priced from the $450,000s. An indoor
parking space is very reasonable though, at $9,000 per spot.
If you're in the market to buy an affordably priced Chicago condo in River West, the
units for sale at the Mondial may be a good fit for you. Chicago
real estate developers are slashing prices and offering
incentives again, so buyers need to be aware of current
promotions. You can stay updated with all of the latest pricing
information and unit availability by contacting us for more
details about the Mondial and other River West developments.
