Prices start at $394,000 and range up to $465,000. Several three-bedroom units are also available at Cityscape Condominiums. All units offer 1,860 square feet of total living space. The average sales price dropped for the first time since 2001. Prices were down 2 percent in the neighborhood. Buyers could continue to find excellent bargains for a condo in North Center, particularly as the Chicago market faces a decline in demand in most neighborhoods around the city.
