1555 Wabash Condos

The South Loop is becoming one of the hottest residential settings in Chicago. Long overlooked, SoLo, as it is becoming known, has seen its entire image and environment change over the last couple of decades. Prices start in the low $200’s and deliveries are slated for spring of 2008.

The project is attracting many different types of buyers, from first-time buyers looking for a great value to experienced homeowners looking for a second spot in the city. Interest has been brisk, so those serious about a home in 1555 Wabash should move sooner rather than later.
