Condo owners and developers are facing one of the most difficult markets in recent memory. It now takes an average of 126 days to find a buyer in Arlington Heights, a 75 percent jump from last year.

The drop in demand for condos in the area has led many sellers to offer a reduced price. The average sales price dropped by six percent during the third quarter, and could continue to drop if there aren’t any signs of improvement in demand in the area.
