The most affordable unit currently on the market at Vision on State is a one-bedroom and one-bath condominium priced at $234,900. This unit has already been reduced in price by $10,000. Other one-bedroom condominiums are priced from $254,900 to $350,000. These units offer over 700 square feet of living space. The most affordable two-bedroom condominium at Vision on State is priced at $285,777. This two-bedroom and one-bath unit offers a total of 890 square feet of living space. Two-bedroom units are priced as high as $369,900. Rental units range in price from $1,450 for a one-bedroom condominium to $2,200 per month for the largest two-bedroom unit. Kitchens come with GE appliances, granite countertops, hardwood floors, and 42-inch cabinets. The master bath offers marble countertops and ceramic tile floors and shower surrounds.
