Two types of floor plans are available at The Vue - one or two bedroom units, and some of the two bedroom condos also have a rather large den. Floor plan sizes go from 700 to 1,220 sq. feet, while the prices range from $159,900 to $349,900.

The developer of this condominium is Brininstool + Lynch, which was established by Brad Lynch and David Brininstool. The Vue's curtain-walled design is both clear and transparent, and you can’t say that about most of the real estate in the South Loop.
