However, despite the drop in sales in Lakeview, the inventory of unsold condos on the market remained steady, helping prices increase. The average turnover rate for condos on the market was unchanged during the third quarter at 94 days.

The average sales price during the third quarter posted a 4 percent increase from a year previous, and could continue to rise if inventory levels don’t increase and demand remains steady.
