The Sheridan Tower is a condo development in Chicago, on 2930 North Sheridan Road. Kroupa Development is the company that is converting this 22-story building into a condominium.

Bob Kroupa is the president of Kroupa Development and he is convinced this project will be a major success, because interest rates are low, unemployment is down and the Chicago real estate market is doing good at the moment.
