All rooms are wired for high-speed Internet and Cable TV. The private balcony offers great panoramic views. You can control the room temperature with the included individually controlled heating and air conditioning systems. There are also hard-wired smoke detectors and fire protection systems in each room. The building has a fitness center, an indoor pool, a Jacuzzi and a sauna, plus a media center and a billiard room. There is also a basketball court, running track, a library and cyber cafe lounge.

The Residences at Grand Plaza won a Paragon Award in 2004 from the National Apartment Association and was named Development of the Year by the Greater North Michigan Avenue Association.

The location is perfect. Almost everything you could want or need is within walking distance or a quick cab ride away in the River North neighborhood. This convenient location is close to major business districts and some of Chicago's finest dining, cultural, and entertainment options. If you wish to commute via mass transit or major roadways, you'll find easy access to both nearby. Michigan Avenue is also just steps away if you want to do some shopping.
