The average sales price in the neighborhood was down by 2 percent from the same period in 2006. However, with few sales, it is difficult to compare the average sales price from previous years. With prices for three-bedroom townhomes below 300,000, La Vista is certainly one of the most affordable developments offering large floor plans around Chicago.
