According to the C.A.R. report, the average sales price was at $298,861 during the third quarter. While the rest of Chicago is suffering from falling demand, Lincoln Square continues to see increasing sales. Buyers may not find lower prices in the short term unless demand for condos in the area starts to decline. Demand for condos in Lincoln Square could drop if buyers face difficulty getting a loan.
