This three-bedroom and 2.5-bath home offers a total of 2,179 square feet of living space, and is priced from $369,990. The largest model available in this series is the Majestic. This four-bedroom and 3.5-bath home has a total of 2,602 square feet of living space, and is listed at $409,990.

The largest homes available at the Renaissance at Beverly Ridge are offered in the Renaissance Series. The most affordable model is the Hamilton. This four-bedroom and 3.5-bath home offers a total of 2,578 square feet of living space, and is priced from $509,990. The largest home in all of this luxury development is the Morgan. This 3,165 square foot home is the perfect choice for larger families, and is priced at $569,990.
