Prairie 21 also has two bedroom plus two bath units available for purchase that run from $327,999 for 1,021 square feet of living space, $351,999 for 1,235 square feet, $361,999 for 1,275 and finally $366,999 for 1,276 square feet. All prices are subject to change, according to the developer. Individual condo unit details include rich hardwood flooring in all common areas, wall to wall carpeting in the bedrooms and cool marble tile in the baths. Floor to ceiling windows provide lots of sunlight and security systems have been installed including smoke and fire detection for the building and each unit.
