This condo has a total of 1,225 square feet of living space, and is priced at $396,000. Assessments are $614. The most affordable three-bedroom and 2.5-bath unit on the market is on the 49th floor. This condo offers a total of 1,675 square feet of living space, and is priced at $849,000.

The development was completed in 2002, and offers a number of modern amenities standard with each unit. Hardwood floors are offered throughout the main living areas while bedrooms come with plush carpeting. Residents also enjoy stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and 42-inch cabinets in the kitchen.
