There are no condos currently on the market at Jarvis on the Lake. However, sales from the past few months can give us an idea of current values in the building. The most affordable condo to sell in recent months is located on the third floor. This condo has one bedroom and one bath. After originally being listed on the market for $156,000, this unit sold after a month for $148,500. The most expensive condo to sell in recent months is also on the third floor. This condo was originally listed for $164,400, but sold after a little more than a month for $160,000.

Many units in this vintage building have been completely renovated in recent years. These condos offer new kitchens with granite countertops, new appliances, and custom cabinets. Many units also feature hardwood floors throughout the entire floor plan. All condos come with high ceilings. Residents enjoy direct access to the Lake Michigan shoreline from Jarvis on the Lake, and many units feature unobstructed lake views. Parking is not available here, but there are several lots nearby.

The development is located in a peaceful neighborhood that is a great place to get away from the noise of the city. However, there are plenty of conveniently located amenities, including shopping, restaurants, and public transportation to downtown. Popular restaurants in the area can be found just a couple of blocks away at Jarvis and Greenview. Choices include Lake Side Café, Charmers, and Gruppo di Amici. Nightlife is not so readily available in the neighborhood, other than a few places scattered around the neighborhood, including Brunos Lounge, Gateway Bar and Grill, and Gallahers.

The development is also just minutes from the downtown Chicago business district via the conveniently located El train at Jarvis and Greenview. There are also several buses running along Sheridan for shorter trips, and an express bus to downtown.

One of the biggest draws for buyers looking at condominiums in Rogers Park is the excellent access to lakefront parks and beaches. Residents enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle in this neighborhood. Nearby parks include Jarvis Ave Park, Rogers Park, and the much larger Loyola Park. Enjoy a morning jog or relax in the sun along the shore anytime living in this lakefront condo.
