The Flats on LaSalle are at 1140 North LaSalle Street, in the Gold Coast Neighborhood of Chicago. Generally, a flat is a unique type of home best suited to someone that appreciates its simplicity. The price of the Studio units ranges from $124,900 to $129,900, while the Studio Plus units vary from $139,900 to $145,900.
