The largest one-bedroom condominium for sale on the market at 30 E Elm is priced at $265,000.

If you need more space, there is a two-bedroom condominium also for sale in this building. The unit is priced at $329,000 and has been on the market for more than 5 months.

The Gold Coast and the rest of the Near North Side of Chicago continue to lead the city in sales of condominiums. However, sales have come down in recent months. According to data from the Chicago Association of Realtors, a total of 557 condominiums were sold on the Near North Side during the first quarter of 2008, down from 679 during the same period a year ago. Prices continue to rise, but mainly due to the number of ultra luxurious condominiums currently under construction in the neighborhood.
