2800 N Lincoln sits at the corner N Lincoln and Racine. The first floor will be anchored by a retail space, and nine high-end units will occupy the remaining floors. This project is hoped to revive what was and empty lot in an area rated as highly walkable. Wrigley Field, Boystown and Lincoln Park are all close by.
