This condo sold for $298,000, and has monthly assessments of $199.

The development offers a number of luxury amenities, including gourmet kitchens with stainless steel appliances, 42-inch cabinets, and granite countertops. The master bath features a double vanity and marble finishings. Each unit offers plenty of natural light through the oversized windows, hardwood flooring throughout almost all areas of the condo, and carpeting in the master bedroom. The neighborhood offers a great lifestyle with plenty to do within a few blocks. Foster and Western Avenues are home to several restaurants. According to data from the Chicago Association of Realtors, a total of 144 condos were sold in the neighborhood in the second quarter, down from 186 units sold during the same period a year ago. However, it was still the fourth highest total sales seen in the last 18 years during the second quarter.
