There are also several larger floor plans available at the WaterMark. Choose from floor plans offering up to three bedrooms. Prices for these lofts start at $94,000.

Amenities at the WaterMark include wall-to-wall extra large windows offering incredible waterfront views. Units also come standard with Kenmore appliances, maple cabinets, and ceramic tiles in the kitchen. Each unit also features extra storage space and a large walk-in closet. Parking is also available on-site for residents and guests of the WaterMark.

All residents and businesses will also qualify for the Renaissance Zone Tax Incentive. This incentive exempts residents from property tax, and businesses pay no income tax or single business tax.

Residents are also given a free one-year membership at the YMCA, located just across the street from the WaterMark. A fitness room is also provided at the WaterMark.
