Downtown Milwaukee continues to grow as new condominium developments bring residents and new businesses to the neighborhood. The largest three-bedroom unit offers 1,718 square feet of space.

Prices for the luxury units at Park Lafayette start in the low $200s.

Residents will enjoy a number of customizable amenities at Park Lafayette. The design center is available for buyers to work with a professional design coordinator to determine the best selection of finishes for their home.

Units come with a stainless steel appliance package, custom cabinets, and designer sinks and fixtures. The whirlpool bath and separate shower offer a relaxing escape from the stress of a long day. Many units also offer excellent lakefront views. Floor-to-ceiling windows and innovative floor plans give a feeling of space not found in many other developments around Milwaukee.
