A new $13 million condominium project at Gaslight Pointe promises to bring more new faces to Racine. The Atwater at Gaslight Pointe is a joint project by Wispark L.L.C, a Milwaukee-based company, and New England Builders Inc, based in Skokie, IL.
The four-acre site will offer a total of 40 condominiums, with several different floor plans for buyers to choose from. One-bedroom and two-bedroom condominiums are available at the Atwater at Gaslight Pointe.
Floor plans start at 920 square feet and range up to as much as 2,290 square feet for a penthouse unit.
Prices at the Atwater start in the $200s, with the largest penthouse unit selling for $600,000.
Residents of the Atwater at Gaslight Pointe will enjoy an unrivaled lifestyle right on the shore of Lake Michigan. Each unit offers incredible views of Reefpoint Marina and the Root River, with many units featuring unfettered views of Lake Michigan.
Gaslight Pointe is close to many of the best shopping and dining that Racine has to offer. Residents looking for unique boutiques, antiques, and local designers can find a number of stores along Main Street and Sixth Street in downtown Racine.
There are also several great restaurants, bars, and cultural events throughout the year along this popular stretch of downtown.
Other shopping options around Racine include Regency Mall, Rapids Plaza, and Flatiron Village Mall. If you’re looking for antiques, try out the School Days Mall in Sturtevant, located minutes from Racine.

Racine is also home to several luxury condominium developments, including State & Main, Riverbend Lofts, and Pointe Blue.
The developers are facing one of the slowest markets for condos in recent years. Sales have cooled all over the greater Chicagoland region.
According to the Chicago Association of Realtors, a total of 5,845 condominiums were sold across the Chicago suburbs during the third quarter, almost 30 percent less than the same period last year.
