Lexington Park Condominiums will be the first building designed by Chieftain. This Chicago pre construction condo project was backed by Corus Bank for an estimated $115 million and Kenny Construction is the builder. The company was attracted to the area because of its boom in growth and plans to offer the condo units at a competitive price. Both the 36 lofts and 297 luxury condos will start in the low $200,000 price range.

With 35 stories and 333 living units, Lexington Park Condominiums is the first project in the U.S. developed by The Chieftain Group and scheduled to be completed in late 2008.

Lexington Park Condominiums are being built on the site of the former Lexington Hotel in the rapidly expanding South Loop district. Far form ordinary, this structure's modern architectural design of glass and aluminum curtain walls in front give it a distinct appearance. Lexington Park's layout consists of a mid-rise building that s connected to a high-rise tower.
