February 2, 2010 - Another rental Chicago real estate development that is advertising leasing deals is Echelon at K Station, located on 353 North Desplaines Street. Right now they are offering new tenants two months free rent, prorated, on any of the apartments if you sign a new lease.

The units also have wall-to-wall carpeting, floor-to-ceiling windows, a washer and dryer and a balcony, depending on the plan.

Building amenities at Echelon at K Station include a fully equipped fitness center, game room, landscaped deck with a lap pool, grilling area and seating.

With so many Chicago apartments and Rent to own condos in Chicago available right now, you should be able to find a great new place at a great price as well.
