July 23, 2010 – A few posts ago we told you about the two day weekend sale at Library Tower. As we so many limited time offers at Chicago real estate developments, this two day sale looks as though it has been extended, judging from the ad on the tower’s website.

The so-called 48 hour super summer sale has now been extended to July 25th, so we’ll do a quick refresher course on what deals Lennar is offering on the remaining Chicago condos at this 18 story high-rise.

There are just three one bedroom condos left for sale from the developer at Library Tower and those units are now priced from $259,990. The remaining two bedroom condos are priced from $339,990. For the three bedroom units that are still available, you can expect to pay from $499,990. All of the condos are ready for occupancy and the tower is FHA approved.

A free washer and dryer plus refrigerator is also part of the deal, along with as much as $2,500 back in closing costs.

Perks for residents at Library Tower include a private park, rooftop sun deck, fitness center, movie room, business center, 24 hour doorman, bike room and gathering room.

You can check out the furnished models at the tower, which is located on 520 South State Street, on Monday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm and Sundays from 12pm to 6pm.

The condos at Library Tower are loft-like in design, but if you’re a purist, you can find plenty of true Chicago lofts for sale right now as well.
