July 6, 2009 - According to a recent Chicago real estate press release from the Enterprise Companies, 1400 Museum Park is getting close to being sold-out. The tower is in a great location with excellent lake views, and the press release developer states that only about 10 Chicago condos are left for sale there.

The 33 story 1400 Museum Park has 250 units and there are currently 7 three bedroom, two bath condos with about 1,667 square feet for sale between $620,000 to $640,000. These are situated on floors 8 to 14 and have northern and eastern views.

There are also a couple of two bedroom, two bath condos on floor 17 and floor 32. The first unit has 1,387 square feet and runs in the $470,000s. The other is similar with 1,386 square feet and is priced in the $590,000 range. The smallest unit still available from the developer is an 839 square foot one bedroom, one bath condo with a western view on floor 18. Parking is in the secure heated garage is an extra $35,000.

Unit finishes include hardwood flooring in the common areas and carpeting in the bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows with 9′ ceiling heights, wooden kitchen cabinets, a breakfast bar, choice of white, black or stainless steel appliances plus double bowl stainless steel sink. The master baths come with wood cabinets, marble tops and ceramic tile flooring and surround. All units also have a balcony or terrace.

Building amenities include a fitness center, heated indoor pool, whirlpool, gathering room with kitchen, storage lockers, bike room, dog run and 24 hour doorman.
