July 1, 2010 – Another one of the top-selling Chicago real estate developments in the first quarter of this year was 565 Quincy. Prices have been reduced for several months now, and Belgravia Group is keeping those lower prices in place for now at lease because of the sales they are generating.

According to numbers from Appraisal Research Counselors, so far this year over 100 of the Chicago condos and lofts at 565 Quincy have sold. No word on how many of those have closed so far, but we’ll try to get that updated soon.

The junior one bedrooms at 565 Quincy that were $208,000 are still priced from $157,900. The one bedroom, one bath condos that had been marketed for $328,900 are still available from $245,900. And teh two bedroom, two bath condos that had been listed from $402,000 can still be purchased from $318,900. All of the condos except the junior one bedrooms come with free heated indoor parking valued at $35,000.

You can’t mention 565 Quincy without mentioning the Q Room, which is the development’s amenities level. Residents can have their pick of pool, bowling, golf, movies or workout in the fitness center, just to name a few of the options.
