The 26 story Streeterville tower is 85 percent sold, with only 17 units left available for purchase from the 112 total condos in the building.

Lastly, you can get one of the 2 remaining 550 square foot studios for $288,500 to $314,500.

Finishes at 550 St. Clair include Sub-Zero and Bosch appliances, imported European kitchen cabinets with frosted glass doors, maple or Brazilian cherry hardwood floors and 10 to 11 foot high exposed concrete ceilings. The building sports a 24 hours doorman, lap pool, fitness center with separate men’s and women’s saunas, individual storage lockers and heated garage parking.
