The Shoreham is also pet friendly. Shoreham citizens also have access to the Shore Club, which offers a spa and fitness center, an outdoor terrace and BBQ area, lounges with indoor gardens, wireless Internet and plasma TV with satellite, a reading room, a game room, an office suite, and a party room with a full catering kitchen. The Shore Club is considered to be a big reason that The Shoreham was 99% leased inside of a year, which is somewhat of an unofficial record.

The Shoreham is managed by NNP Residential, whose self-stated goal is to create the “ultimate urban experience,” and the company’s wide range of start-up, management, and marketing services reflect the expertise of its founder, veteran Chicago real estate executive James Loewenburg.
